Professional Bio
In the five years since receiving a First Class Honours degree in Video Games Design from the University of South Wales, I have worked across multiple games teams, shipped 8 mobile games, and delivered 2 PC MVPs. I have hired, onboarded, trained and managed teams as small as 6 and as large as 150 (a story worth hearing). I work using Agile development methodology with a combination of Scrum and Kanban. I have managed a wide range of stakeholders and have no problem presenting information, opinions and sometimes painful truths.

In a past life (pre-uni) I worked in a variety of bar positions, up to bar manager in multiple venues. Had a stint working in customer retentions for Sky and also did some pet sitting while at Uni.
Personal Bio
From Photography to Games Development or Music Production and Car Maintenance. I want to know how and why the things I enjoy work. I love digging into both creative and technical detail, obsessively learning and putting as much of it into action as I can. Gaming has been a staple in my life for 30+ years, I have a wide palette in terms of taste and preferences. I’m also maxed on OSRS, iykyk.
Sport is also crucial for me, I play football twice a week as well as playing some other sports when weather permits. It’s pretty much a requirement with how much time I spend sat at a computer, working, and often gaming. I go mountain biking in the summer and love working on my VW Mk4 R32, having recently fit all new suspension.
